Description does not seem to fit this example. Says 2 speed but I'm seeing single speed. Says foot clutch but I don't see any clutch mechanism. The Cushman Eagle I'm familiar with (in my youth 65 years ago) was probably newer. It did have a 2 speed transmission shifted with a tank mounted lever and a foot clutch that would over ride the centrifugal clutch. Shifting was an option. It could be ridden just in top gear. 1st gear was an option for more acceleration. Keep in mind Cushman's had no front brake. Rear only with no engine braking due to the centrifugal clutch. Riding was a different experience. The bike appears to have a centrifugal clutch, I don't really see a gearbox on it (other wise none as a transmission), but then again I could be mistaken. Seller states that it's a 2 speed, if so, it's possible that this Jackshaft is a 2 speed centrifugal clutch. I'll clarify by saying that this machine will reach a specific speed and then lunch into a higher gear all done, as the seller stated, automatically. She looks like a lot of fun.
